answers. As a doctor, I'm probably more guilty than
most. I was utterly convinced that anything but "real"
medicine could not possibly work. In less than a year,
my perception of health, disease and the meaning of life

I met Lily during a most desperate time of my life.
Career, finances and relationships were all at crisis

It had been an
extremely tough period in the year of 2006 for me, when I found
myself so helpless and unconfident, and felt that there was no
way I could get out of my depression. I had always been someone
who knew whom to seek support from, especially my mother.
However, during this time, I could not even turn to her. I
tried, and she tried so hard too to help me rebuild my
self-esteem and to become a stronger person but I was so
emotionally hurt that this feat seemed absolutely impossible.
Just as I felt that this was how I was going to be for many more
years to come, my mother found another resort. She had read in a
